This week MERU returns to the Green Futures Field at Glastonbury 2013 to celebrate our 40th Birthday.
MERU has been invited back to the Glastonbury Festival to celebrate our Birthday and tell everyone about the incredible work we have done with disabled children over the past 40 years.
We will be displaying some of the equipment our engineers have designed and giving a talk each day from the perspective of different members of the MERU team – an engineer; a student; a volunteer and the past-Chief Executive. We will also be running workshops from 3 to 6pm every day making things from scrap materials and leftovers from building our equipment for children with disabilities.

MERU is also being supported by Shakti Sings the official festival choir who held a concert to raise funds for the charity as their dress rehearsal for the festival. The choir will be roaming the festival reminding people to take their litter home in song and if you look closely you might spot some of our volunteers and the ex-CEO singing for MERU.
Please come and find us and say hi if you are visiting Glastonbury this week.
