The BHTA is one of the oldest and most established trade associations around with over 450 company members supplying products and services in the healthcare marketplace. Ray Hodgkinson, Director General of the BHTA said: “MERU deserve the plaudits after collecting this important award. The healthcare industry is a fast-moving and competitive marketplace which includes many vibrant and pro-active companies with plenty of exciting products and services. To win the award shows just what a great job MERU is doing and gives the business something important to shout about in 2013.”

At the ceremony on Dec 6th Derek Derenalagi and Danielle Brown, paralympian Gold medal winners, made the London 2012 games come alive from the competitors’ perspective and after the formalities, the guests danced the night away to Sticky Wicket and his Swing Orchestra.

MERU won an earlier award in 2006 for Bugzi our revolutionary powered wheelchair and we are delighted to be recognised again for our achievements in supporting mobility for disabled children.
